RETURN POLICY

REFUNDS & RETURNS

We offer a 30-day return policy for some items, giving you 30 days from the date the item was delivered to you to initiate a return request for eligible items. However, for this policy to ensure the quality, hygiene, and safety of these products for all our customers, the following are not eligible for return:

  • personal care items (e.g. balms, soaps, hair and hygiene products)

  • eye masks

  • gift cards

  • edible or perishable items

  • apparel that has been damaged or altered in any way

  • candles that have been used or lit

  • ceramic products (unless otherwise specified).​

 

ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it. We encourage you to reuse the original packaging when shipping a return, but this is not required. You will need proof of purchase such as your order number or confirmation when initiating the return. The customer is responsible for the costs of return shipping and any damages in-transit if not packaged properly.

 

When returning an item (especially items that may be fragile), we recommend taking a photo of the item being returned before being packaged and a photo of the packaging itself for safekeeping in the event that damage occurs during transit.

Once the return is received and inspected, you will be notified of the status of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved, please contact us.

DAMAGED ITEMS OR INCORRECT ORDERS

We kindly ask that you inspect your order upon arrival and notify us immediately if your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect so we can assess the issue and resolve it promptly. Please be sure to include your order or confirmation number, delivery address and clear photos of the damage and packaging. We’ll review the issue and work with you to arrange a replacement or refund, as appropriate. ​
