We value transparency as much as craft. You’ll receive clear updates regarding order confirmations, production timelines, shipping details, and any changes that may affect your order.
SUSTAINABLE PACKAGING WITH INTENTION
Every order is carefully prepared and assembled with intention.
Some items—particularly ceramics and handcrafted goods—are fragile. Please handle packages with care and observe any “This Side Up” indicators before opening.
We are committed to responsible packaging practices and work toward a circular approach whenever possible. Your order may arrive in reused, repurposed, or recycled materials, reinforced as needed to ensure it arrives safely.
When new materials are required, we prioritize eco-conscious options, including:

Cellulose-based wadding (home compostable and recyclable)
We encourage customers to reuse, repurpose, or recycle packaging materials whenever possible.
SHIPPING POLICY
U.S. ORDERS
We offer complimentary standard ground shipping on all U.S. orders. Expedited shipping may be available for select items and destinations. If expedited options do not appear at checkout, please contact us at connect@milkandshire.com, and we’ll do our best to assist.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
International orders are not eligible for free shipping at this time. Customers are responsible for all shipping costs, customs duties, tariffs, and import taxes. Please note that MILK & SHIRE is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
SHIPPING RATES & CARRIERS
We use Easyship to provide real-time shipping rates from multiple carriers. Rates are calculated at checkout based on your order’s weight and destination, allowing you to select the option that best suits your needs.
DELIVERY ESTIMATES
Estimated delivery windows will be provided via email. While we aim to provide accurate timelines, delivery times may vary—particularly for international shipments.
We are not responsible for carrier delays or lost packages. If an issue arises, we will work with you and the carrier to assist where possible.
