Observation is in our nature, yet societal programming has used illusions, divisiveness and distraction to capitalize on our reactivity, narrow perspective and disempower us. When we remember how to reclaim our focus from external distractions and practice the art of neutral observation, we can step out of disillusionment and into truth with more compassion and humility.
